FBI Raid of the Traitor's Country Club!

Trump, the suspect of multiple federal investigations and investigations in multiple states, twice impeached and removed from office by the American voters in 2020, COMPLETE SORE LOSER (He is the definition of an entitled snowflake because he whines over a loss that he pretends he won), unpatriotic white nationalist TRASH and authoritarian dictator wannabe (he wants to destroy our democracy while political GQP hacks and trash/clown media (I.e. Fox Noise and white nationalist media outlets) mimic his stupidity) Is raided by the FBI

Personally I am not afraid of fascist. I think those who do not accept diverse opinions are irrelevant and foolish and ofen hypocritical.

So you are accepting of fascism? Do you think it to be an functional form of government?

I say what I mean. If I had meant that I’m afraid of people with different opinions (in general), I would have said so. I was being quite specific. I have no idea why that seemed ambiguous to you.

I wish that I could say that I was surprised to hear that.

I can only identify two types of people who do not fear fascists. It’s either people who actually support fascism themselves or they are people who have completely failed to study history and learn from it.

I am afraid for the future.

I appreciate what you're saying, although not many people are librarians.  And, I'd bet those that are seldom use that term.

Yeah, I worry that we'll continue to see dwindling numbers of librarians, but by the same token it's highly unlikely we'll ever see "survey says......PEDOPHILE!" followed by hysterical jumping and cheering family members, in order to test that proposition. ?

I know there are plenty of words.  If we were playing Family Feud, pedophile would be the number 1 answer by a longshot.

No I do not accept fascism. I'm not afraid of it either or different opinions.

Ya. I'm totally into a fascist government. Like super duper into it.

That video is really scarry! It could also apply to Biden. Except it is silly and kinda does what it says others do. I'm sure the victims of those evil men might have something to say about it.

I wasn't sure if you have a phobia of fascist or if you were a fascist afraid of different opinion. Thank you for clearing it up for me!

I think people who fear fascism and compare it with the United States have no comprehension of what facism really looks like. Kinda like spoiled entitled brats who can't handle diverse opinions and think that words they do not like is a form of fascism.

Not to mention the blatant disrespect to people who actually have been victims of fascism.

I’m not clear on what you are saying here. Are you saying fascism is an opinion? You say you accept other opinions, but discount other’s concern about it.

Are you being sarcastic about being totally into fascism? You chastise other about being disrespectful and then joke about it?

Of course I chastise fascist and of course I'm not into a fascist government. It was a answer to a ridiculous question.

I'm not disrespectful as to suggest that anyone in the US has any idea what fascism really is. Yes, I do find those that make such claims are disrespectful. As I said, people who throw the word around pretending that opinions they do not like or more importantly, people they do not like are fascist. Kinda like that moronic propaganda video likening Trump to Hitler, Stalin and Putin.

Yes, it is scary. No, it could not apply to Biden.

I think you are being disingenuous. Nothing I said would make a reasonable individual think I’m a fascist (afraid of a different opinion).

Or do you perhaps hear the word arachnophobia and think that it sometimes refers to a person who fears spiders and other arachnids.. BUT.. that it might also refer to a SPIDER who’s fearful of leg waxing?

As I said, disingenuous. No need for the fake ”thanks for clearing that up”.

I think that people who are concerned for the future of the U.S. know exactly what fascism really looks like. And that anyone who doesn’t see a more autocratic leadership as a problem, would do anything to downplay the risk you are facing. That includes using ridicule and mockery instead of actually attempting to form an intelligent counterargument.

”Kind of like spoiled entitled brats who can’t handle diverse opinions”. That’s your response to the people concerned about the future of the U.S.? I say the Republic is teetering on the brink and no amount of trolling will make me think otherwise.

Looking at how the few threads that you’ve participated in since joining yesterday have evolved, I have to ask myself if your sole purpose here isn’t to sow discord.

I’d say that you guys across the Big Water know fascism when you see it, too. Like melena, one whiff and you’ll never mistake it for something else. Ever.

Ridicule and mockery you say? Surely you are referring to this and the other thread where I have been mocked and ridiculed? My spelling, my grammar..... Or nah, not so much when "your side" does it. Next you will say I am being the megphile victim. Trumpets always playing the victim right? Well victimization is subjective sometimes and I 100% do not feel victimized by anything on here. It's all very tippical and repetitive.

I will say that I did a Google search for Nurses and politics where I was directed here. This is for a university assignment. Hoping to find some respectful political discourse among Profesional nurses, I found this. Needless to say I found what seems to be a far left echo chamber with very little dissent. With maybe 1 conservative voice who is often mocked and ridiculed in the way you describe. Make no mistake, I doubt this person feels victimized here either. Although they often are accused of that way when brining up relevant points.

I explained my purpose and what I have found. Cause discord? Is this what you mean by diverse opinions that are different than yours? Presented in the tone and in line with overall atmosphere of the threads? Where someone stands up against an obviously far left leaning comment thread? The minority? Well new definitions seem to be the new thing and if that's how you define discord, then guilty as charged! No need for a FBI raid here, I confess.
