What's your favorite site for acquiring CEU's? Everything I'm looking at seems expensive. I'm willing to pay for a membership but I want it to be from a legit website.

Primarily my specialty organization as it’s relative to my practice, then CE Direct which provides options for state required topics.

I work in public health, so I use the CDC quite a bit. They are free.

Medscape is legit. (and free) They also have a CE tracker function to make it easier to keep tabs on what you've done.

There are many available on medscape.com (requires free registration).
I have used ceufast.com as well for state specific CEU. They are reasonably priced ($30.00 annual subscription) and unlimited CEUs.

I like Elite. $39 per year for unlimited access. And the topics are interesting. Last year, I chose topics far off the beaten path and thoroughly enjoyed them. Worked well for me because I have learned over the years that as a Case Manager, my patients expect me to be the Queen of Medical Trivia.

Nurse.com is less than $50/year with tons of courses to choose from. They also have many free 1 hour courses.

I chose CEUfast and yes it is decently priced, however, there are only 165 courses total, limited courses in each specialty/topic. I was unable to find any education to fulfill my required annual stroke education >:(
