Thought I would start a thread for the fall semester! Anyone who wants to share their stats or anything about the application process can post them here! My stats as of now...
Pre-nursing GPA: 3.54
Science GPA: 3.67
HESI: 87.7
Pretty worried that my stats aren't good enough. Scored low on the A&P section of the HESI (80%) but made an A in the class...hoping maybe that will help even it out? I get discourage when I read through the other threads and see people get rejected with 4.0 GPA's and 90s on the HESI. I do have 80 volunteering hours at a children's hospital but I doubt that would help me enough.
I just wanted to give you guys some hope. I got in! :) it's possible to get into the program if you keep your sight on what you truly want. I got reject last fall, but got in this fall. My stats

I have two friends who got in too. my friend who was also recently admitted to a different program (UTMB) stats

Do you receive an update even if you are waitlisted or does it still stay a green circle or yellow triangle? Or will you be notified that you are waitlisted after the acceptances are rolled out? Thanks man!
When I was waitlisted for the summer 2017,I just got an email saying I was waitlisted but nothing changed on the uth portal. I was notified that I was not accepted three weeks before the summer program started
I am thinking that maybe this person is talking about University of Utah. I looked them up and their nursing school is called U Health - so maybe Jessie-lee just popped up on the wrong school's page? I'm pretty sure no notifications have gone out yet. I'm really thinking it'll be next Friday - and by thinking I mean hoping.
Seems like it is for fall 2017. This is the third time I apply and hopefull I get in this time. Fingers crossed

I didn't want to say trolling, but I did think that maybe this didn't apply to us. I immediately checked my mail, email, and UTHealth portal, and nothing. Be still my fast beating heart. Not today, heart. Not today.

got it. Hoping it doesn't pass next Friday that we get notifications is towards the end of the month already ðŸ˜
