Hi!!! Im trying to start this thread for Fall 2010 student who applied to Los Angeles County College of Nursing and Allied Health!!

i applied and just wanted to know if anyone else was in the same boat as me! im dying to get a response! Hope someone responds!!

How many points do you have?? like ive said before i know that for the spring entry they accepted people at 79 points and above. at the time i only had 76 but hopefully this entry isnt far from 79.

ya i hope they keep it there too but i found out that for spring 09 it was 71 points and fall 09 it went up to 76 and spring 2010 it went up again to 79.... if it goes up another 5 points like it did last fall i wont make it!!! im really bummed out and worried that there gonna raise it up alot! and to top it off we wont find out till who knows when...

if you have 79 or 80 points you should be fine. Do you?

i have 82 points creative but if you look at the patterns of past semesters this time around the points should go up again.. it was 71 spring 09, then 76 fall 09, and 79 spring 2010 im SURE itll go up again! it has to go up theres alot more applicants this time around.. and if it goes up 5 points again the way it did last spring to fall.. i wont get in.. im worried

Well thank you for your kind words. i hope to see you and your wife (if i remember correctly both of you were applying) in the fall semester. as you know this is my second time applying and i dont have another plan b so well see what happens! Definitely keep me posted on anything that you hear or if you receive any news! thanks!

I just received my score that I took on Feb 6th and I passed the CAT test with 13.5 in all sections but I have to wait until June to see if I got in. I am worried because my total score is only around 79. I hope the cut score will be lower than that.

If you don't get in this time around, but passed the test, do you still have to retake the exam when you apply again?

No, unless they change to the TEAS test next semester.
