Good looking out! I would go to my mailbox and check, but I'm so tired ATM. I'm also declining the offer if I get accepted, due to me getting accepted at LAHC.

I personally think LA County did this on purpose to weed out individuals like us.

Okay. I'll be the one to ask the question, how many points did you have lol. I am applying for January I believe so it would be nice to know what I am needing at a minimum. Congrats to both of you. May I ask where you are deciding to go in not LA county?

i think i had 86 points. from what i've read in the posts, it seems a number of people had 80+ points, so i'm not sure what their cutoff was.

i'm not going to allied because i got into an Accelerated BSN program.

If i understood you correctly.. you got your letter from county today????? If thats right... Can you PLEASE tell us what the cut off was????? It should say in your letter what the cut off was!! Thanks a million!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we've been waiting forEVER!

we were all dying to know!! If i remember correctly you told me u had 84 points so you got accepted into countys program right??.. But anyways lucky you got into your first choice so you should've been worry free weeks ago when you got your letter!! Everything happens for a reason! Goodluck to you (and your wife) at your program!

but wow! 81! thats pretty high! so everyone who is 81 and above gets in??? guaranteed in?? there isnt another round of cutting of just people 81 and up right??.. i guess im just stressing.. i still havent gotten my letter but i have 82 points and i dont know if i should party or just wait as oppose to getting my hopes up! :confused:

well from the looks of it many spots opened up due to students accepting offers at other schools. (LA County delayed it way too long...)

anyhow, because of that I think the cut off will be lower than 81...

iliana, I think you are Good to Go... congrats!

Hi Iliana,

I got my letter yesterday too. :) I was totally stressing because LA County was so late!! :eek: I dropped my seat at GCC (which already started 6/21) and I was hoping I wouldn't regret that decision and put my faith into getting into LA County. If you call them back, they won't tell you whether or not you got in but they will at least tell you if your letter has been mailed out. I hope you get your letter soon!!

Can't wait to meet all of you at orientation.

Hi everyone!

I got my acceptance letter yesterday in the mail as well. I had 89 points but stressing out still due to a very ugly academic freshman year when i was at cal poly pomona and nursing was something i didnt want to do at that time. See you guys at orientation!

I've received my acceptance letter, but it did not mention anything about the cut score. Also, for those of you who were accepted, did u get the list for textbook? I have the schedule, but I don't have any information about which textbooks I need for the semester

Reast2westN~ Did you get accepted to Mount St. Mary's Accelerated BSN program? I did!! :) So...I won't be going to LA County.

Congrats to you! i still havent received my letter so im still worried but tiger did say the cut off is 81 and if in fact it really is then i guess im in cuz i have 82 but i still dont want to get my hoped up till i get my letter with my name saying YOUR IN loll HOPEFULLY ill see you guys at orientation!
