Fall 2020 Hillsborough Community College

Hi everyone,
I'll be applying in the fall to start in Spring 2021.
I just wanted to ask people that have submitted their application if hcc already has all your transcripts and everything all you submit is your RN program application and you TEAS score if applicable. Correct? Obviously this application period you don't have to submit your TEAS. Good luck to everyone currently waiting!

@weskamo, I’m applying for either Spring 2021 or Fall 2021! I just finished up my Microbio courses (though I may retake the lecture over again) and I’m doing A&P 1 this Summer and A&P 2 this Fall along with my Math course! I believe they have everything like transcripts and such—atleast that’s what I remember reading in old threads for HCCs Nursing program on here!

Thank you for helping answering my question. Good luck with micro I hope you don't have to retake it and good luck with A&P 1 I actually took A & P 1 over the Summer and got an A although this was a few years ago ( I'm a previous hcc student I got my a.a. there in 2017 and then faced some health issues and was debating between OT and nursing back then and after doing some OT clinicals and cna clinicals I realized my heart and interest is in nursing so I'm taking college algebra and applying in the fall.

How long did it take for those who sent transcripts from other schools for them to be updated on WebAdvisor? I sent mine in a few weeks ago and I still don't see anything updated with all of my courses, and I emailed the Registrars office and they said that they received my transcript on 5/7/2020 yet none of the courses have shown up on WebAdvisor. Then I asked how long it would take for the transcript list to be updated, and she said that she can't give me a time frame as when the updated transcript will be evaluated.

Same here! I sent my transcripts 3-4 weeks ago. They’re from two different schools, but it’s only showing that they’ve received them from one. I’ve sent the transcripts from the other schools twice now.

Hey have you checked to see if the grades were added under transcript? I had an issue where I sent two transcripts over. I checked after about a week and while the transcripts weren’t listed under My Documents, the grades from those schools were added. So I had to email the registrar’s office and tell them to add the transcripts under My Documents. I have no clue why they didn’t do that in the first place.

Does anyone know what last years cut off pre req GPA was?

From my understanding it was a 3.71 GPA

Yes I’ve checked both My Documents and Transcripts. So, I went to USF for my bachelors and was non-degree seeking in the Summer at HCC just for tuition being cheaper, so HCC had my transcripts from 2017 from USF when I first started taking classes at HCC. And I sent my transcripts in maybe 2-3 weeks ago. So I emailed them, and the response was that it was received on 4/7/2020, and that all of the grades had been updated on there and are all showing up. And I went on the transcript page, and the only grades that are showing up are the ones from the transcript in 2017... it didn’t have any of my classes/grades after that transcript was sent, and I told them that and then I got the response of “well I can’t give you anything regarding when they’ll be evaluated”. But they just said that all of my grades are showing up, yet then it turned in to they can’t give me any info about when they’ll be updated.
