  1. Hello! I am a new grad and have received offers from both Lakeland Regional and Orlando Health. If anyone has had experiences at both of these organizations, I am curious as to what your experience was like, and what you preferred, as I am having a hard time choosing between the two. I’m curious as to what their nurse residencies are like, hourly pay and differentials, and overall work atmosphere.
