Hi, My Priority Date is now Current (Aug 2008). I took the NCLEX last MAY 2007 and my CA File expired last MAY 2010(No extension done). My agency paid for the VisaScreen (2008) but i didn't comply the requirements, in short, No VS certificate was issued. Last Month (June 10, 2014), I reapplied for the CGFNS VisaScreen. I've send the request for Academic Records/Transcript & Request for Validation of License in the Philippines.
CGFNS VS is requiring a copy of my NCLEX results.
My questions are:
1. Will CA BRN honor my "Request for Validation of License/Registration/Diploma" & "Request of "TEST RESULT" of NCLEX even if my File has been "abandoned & destroyed"?
2. If CA BRN will dishonour my request, what are the necessary steps in order for them to send a copy of my Test Results to CGFNS?
3. With Regards to the Bank Draft, Is okay to issue a Total Payment of $70 in just one bank draft? (Copy of test Result: $10 + ICHP Visa Screen: $ 60 = $70) or a separate draft for each payment?

Now I am applying for a visa screen certificate and I followed the instructions in this thread. Yesterday when I checked my CGFNS account it says that they received my nclex passing result but they cannot accept it because I dont have a license number, license exp date and date originally issued. What can i do?
My PD is April 2009. I still havent heard from NVC. However, a lawyer from hammond emailed me saying that the NVC was trying to contact me but they couldn't send a msg to my email add. After that I havent received any msgs from them.

hi i want to know if cgfns accept expired nclex test results from CA BON?
In theory the NCLEX pass results do not expire unless you never practice as a nurse. In CA, if you haven't practiced as a nurse in 8 years you must retake the NCLEX.
HI charlie05, I am also a Medpro applicant. I just want to ask on how long you waited for your i140 to be approved? and on which step are you now? any news from Medpro?
