Expired CA BRN File, Needs Verification ot NCLEX result for CGFNS Visascreen

Published

Hi, My Priority Date is now Current (Aug 2008). I took the NCLEX last MAY 2007 and my CA File expired last MAY 2010(No extension done). My agency paid for the VisaScreen (2008) but i didn't comply the requirements, in short, No VS certificate was issued. Last Month (June 10, 2014), I reapplied for the CGFNS VisaScreen. I've send the request for Academic Records/Transcript & Request for Validation of License in the Philippines.

CGFNS VS is requiring a copy of my NCLEX results.

My questions are:

1. Will CA BRN honor my "Request for Validation of License/Registration/Diploma" & "Request of "TEST RESULT" of NCLEX even if my File has been "abandoned & destroyed"?

2. If CA BRN will dishonour my request, what are the necessary steps in order for them to send a copy of my Test Results to CGFNS?

3. With Regards to the Bank Draft, Is okay to issue a Total Payment of $70 in just one bank draft? (Copy of test Result: $10 + ICHP Visa Screen: $ 60 = $70) or a separate draft for each payment?

Please Help! Thanks in Advance

are you in the Philippines? you know anyone from carousel? How do they differ?

Yep! Im still here in the phils due to retro. My friend was hired by carousel but he doesnt have a PD yet. They prioritize those who have PD. Regarding the salary offer, i think their offer is the same but the duration of contract I have no idea.

This is what I received from medpro regarding the sudden retrogression. Dont lose hope guys! Lets just continue on praying and pursuing our US dreams.

The visa bulletin issued by the U.S. Department of State (DOS) has indicated that the EB3 category for Philippines has retrogressed to Unavailable. After the initial retrogression, we expected this to occur as the Department of State continues to re-adjust available visa numbers for the Philippines.

We are actively pursuing information as it becomes available as to the duration and reasoning behind this retrogression. Our current sources expect that the Philippines EB-3 number will remain unavailable until the end of the fiscal year. With the start of the next fiscal year (FY2016) in October 2015, we expect the DOS should progress the Philippine EB-3 date. We expect the DOS will then steadily increase the date throughout FY2016.

We understand this sudden retrogression of EB3 numbers is disappointing. Please be assured that MedPro remains committed to its candidates and future employees in the Green Card process. If you have questions or need any additional information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Did you sign a loan agreement with them?

Yes! Just a week ago. They offered a 2500 dollars loan just in case you need it for trainings and exams. You have to pay them back once youre already in the US.

only 2500? in my contract it was 3500 dollars.. is it compulsory or we can choose how much? because in our case we already passed the NCLEX and I think 3500 is too much.. from what I understood, the loan is for the NCLEX preparation, exam and etc. would it be alright if i send you a PM?

Oh yeah sorry it's 3500 dollars. According to the medpro staff, the loan is for out of the pocket expenses just in case u need assistance. However, once deployed in the US, you shall only pay actual cost you have incurred. What step are you in? Yes you can PM me anytime.

hi good day, i passed my nclex last 2009 CA BON. now im processing my visa certificate. aside form the CGFNS REQUEST OF VALIDATION FORM, what else do i have to send. 1.) bank draft to CA BRN, 70 DOLLARs? 2. copy of my passing letter? 3. is it needed to have a letter request ? tyIA

Hi @rbelonioiii - Hows your visa screen? I'm just starting mine. Im a bit confused I went to prc today and applied for the verification of license. However one of the requirement is authenticated passport for proof of citizenship. Then I went DFA to ask about authentication of passport and they advised me to go do DFA main for passport certification.

Did you do that? I hope you can help me with this. Thanks so much in advance.

I'm new to this thread but I've been reading it since January. Thank you nurses for sharing your experiences and helping newbie like me with lots of doubts and questions. I wish you all the best.

I am also from medpro. I recently asked to fill up the loan agreement form. And my i140 was recently approved. What happens next?

your PD is the date your I140 was approved. Now you join the visa queue and wait for your PD to become current and a visa allocated to you

Hi ebona! Do you have any updates from medpro? I am still waiting for the nvc notice. Did you receive yours.?
