Hi, My Priority Date is now Current (Aug 2008). I took the NCLEX last MAY 2007 and my CA File expired last MAY 2010(No extension done). My agency paid for the VisaScreen (2008) but i didn't comply the requirements, in short, No VS certificate was issued. Last Month (June 10, 2014), I reapplied for the CGFNS VisaScreen. I've send the request for Academic Records/Transcript & Request for Validation of License in the Philippines.
CGFNS VS is requiring a copy of my NCLEX results.
My questions are:
1. Will CA BRN honor my "Request for Validation of License/Registration/Diploma" & "Request of "TEST RESULT" of NCLEX even if my File has been "abandoned & destroyed"?
2. If CA BRN will dishonour my request, what are the necessary steps in order for them to send a copy of my Test Results to CGFNS?
3. With Regards to the Bank Draft, Is okay to issue a Total Payment of $70 in just one bank draft? (Copy of test Result: $10 + ICHP Visa Screen: $ 60 = $70) or a separate draft for each payment?
Medpro sent the request to CaBON. They asked me to wait until the application is waived. Im just confuse coz CGFNS sent me an inactivity notice stating that they are still waiting for the prc and TOR validation for them to start the process but in my order status the nclex result is still on "waiting to be received" so I dont if they received it or not.
They usually send u inactivity notice if they really don't have ur files on hand at the time they are processing/updating your profile/order. Ask your agency when did they send your request to CABRN coz it took 2months for me. My high school transcript was waived coz i've graduated more than 10 years from the date of availing the VIsascreen. I don't think they will waive the nclex & college transcripts.
Thanks for the update seminarista. Im really having 2nd thoughta if the demand draft should be payable to "BRN" only or "Board of Registered Nursing". I hope that they can process my request as fast as yours. Goodluck to us and let's keep this thread updated to help others as well.

Hello! I received a msg from a lawyer (who process my greencard) a month ago. She said that she already filed my I-140 and it will take atleast 12-18 weeks. Does it means that my case is already recaptured? I have no idea about this

Oh, you've been abandoned by your employer. Yeah, if that's the case then just wait for the re-approval. It doesn't take that long or case to case basis. You have the same case with my colleague here. But it only took more than 2 months.

Abandoned by employer??? Yeah i guess you're for recapture. Just ready all your docs so that by the time you're reapproved you'll not be cramming. Recaptured petition takes 2-3 months or it depends also..as long as your lawyer/employer is there..you've got nothing to worry.
Are there any updates regarding appropriate form to be sent to CA board of nursing for the Nclex pass result to be forwarded to CGFNS? I got same problem here. Thank you.
I have sent the Request for validation of license/certificate to CABoN which i believe they received last oct. 7, 2014 as per DHL's tracking result. It has been a month since they received my letter and up until now my CGFNS order status is "waiting for test results". I've tried emailing them @ [email protected] but they have not responded since.
For anyone who've had the same experience, how long did it take for CABoN to send your test result to CGFNS?
I had the same case. When i called cgfns to follow up on the status of my docs, they said it normally takes around 20 business days for your docs fo be reviewed before they update it as received. So that will take around a month (more or less) from the date it was physically received
Ok. So i'll just need to do a follow up on CGFNS if they've actually received my nclex docs.

You will most likely get the same response. I called them around 3pm et. You can also click on contact us link found at the left portion of their webpage. It will send them an email and they reply via email too. Response time is the next business day.
