Hi, My Priority Date is now Current (Aug 2008). I took the NCLEX last MAY 2007 and my CA File expired last MAY 2010(No extension done). My agency paid for the VisaScreen (2008) but i didn't comply the requirements, in short, No VS certificate was issued. Last Month (June 10, 2014), I reapplied for the CGFNS VisaScreen. I've send the request for Academic Records/Transcript & Request for Validation of License in the Philippines.
CGFNS VS is requiring a copy of my NCLEX results.
My questions are:
1. Will CA BRN honor my "Request for Validation of License/Registration/Diploma" & "Request of "TEST RESULT" of NCLEX even if my File has been "abandoned & destroyed"?
2. If CA BRN will dishonour my request, what are the necessary steps in order for them to send a copy of my Test Results to CGFNS?
3. With Regards to the Bank Draft, Is okay to issue a Total Payment of $70 in just one bank draft? (Copy of test Result: $10 + ICHP Visa Screen: $ 60 = $70) or a separate draft for each payment?

My employer is in NJ, and they require SSN there so for me to get an active USRN license I need to apply endorsement to other states which dont require SSN. Hope you can help me with this one. Hi. My I-140 has been approved after waiting for more than 6 months. Now my agency wanted to endorse me to another state. However, i dont have an ss# yet because I took the cali board exam. They ask me to fill an application for endorsement in Texas. I will apply on paper aplication because I dnt have an ss# yet. regarding the fingerprint scan is it the same with the cali board exam? where can i have my fingerprint scanned? NBI? And also about thr application on section 3 (nurse compact declaration) i have no idea what to choose obviously not the first 2 options. If you have an idea about this please help me. Thank u!

You do not have a license to endorse so usually you follow by application by exam and arrange for CA to forward results to new state for a small fee
I'm going through the same dilemma you had. I sent thru DHL all the required docs for request of test result to CA BRN. It was received last February 15, 2015. I have tried to email both the Licensing and Renewals Units to no avail. I hope the CGFNS would receive/ had received the result and update my status soon to decrease my anxiety.
I received an email from them 2 weeks ago saying that they still havent received the 2 for them to complete the process. I probably just followup with my school and prc. Mine is medpro.
Hi, I just want to ask if you are still with MedPro. I just applied with them, I just want to ask about the status of your application and how they are to you as an agency.. are you in the phils?
How will I know if they already received the documents if they dont update.
I don't know where will I be assigned. My friend just got there 2 months ago and she already got a job but the hard part is you will be assigned in diff. facilities. (It is stated in the contract btw) I signed with medpro bcos I have no other options & they already paid for my visa screen and greencard processing. I just hope Im doing the right decision. Hello. I am an applicant in MedPro, I just want to do my research before signing with them. I hope you don't mind me asking about your application status. You mentioned that MedPro processed you friend's application.. How was it? And is your friend doing well in the US now?
Yeah don't worry about that, they are now enjoying there. Your 3 years contract with them is quick. Btw, about the Guy who has the same case with us, the license specialist of medpro was the one who contacted/followed up/verified CABRN to get his license number/registration inorder for him to be endorsed in other state. Which means he went to US with "expired/abandoned file" (which is our case, right?!). He's file is still abandoned & destroyed as up to date coz he never applied for CA license card...just endorsement. I'm quite relieved with this news. Coz i'm also worried how will i apply for reciprocity/endorsement to other state if our file has been abandoned & destroyed. Though there are some blogs here that we'll have to pass the "application for new registration(school/prc/fingerprint again,etc) + SSN" and they will issue our CA license card.(this is if you'll practice to CA). Btw, secure your vaccination records too coz if you don't have you'll repeat it again. My friend paid for his 2nd dose in US..(just a way to lessen our expenses when we get there.)
Hi! Yes im still with medpro. Im done with visa screen and my I-140 was filed months ago but due to recession my case is not current anymore. I received an email from them just last week. They told me to wait until october (new fiscal year) the PD might move again but they are not sure yet . So far im ok with medpro they call me once in a while to update. Currently, wer working on transferring my nclex (cali) to texas. They will assist you in everything so you dont need to worry. If you have PD Medpro will pay from your visa screen. Try also Carousel.

10/07/14: CABoN received my Validation of License request letter as per DHL's tracking result
12/16/14: CGFNS updated my status as RECEIVED
12/23/14: CGFNS mailed my certificate
12/27/14: Received the certificate
