Hi, My Priority Date is now Current (Aug 2008). I took the NCLEX last MAY 2007 and my CA File expired last MAY 2010(No extension done). My agency paid for the VisaScreen (2008) but i didn't comply the requirements, in short, No VS certificate was issued. Last Month (June 10, 2014), I reapplied for the CGFNS VisaScreen. I've send the request for Academic Records/Transcript & Request for Validation of License in the Philippines.
CGFNS VS is requiring a copy of my NCLEX results.
My questions are:
1. Will CA BRN honor my "Request for Validation of License/Registration/Diploma" & "Request of "TEST RESULT" of NCLEX even if my File has been "abandoned & destroyed"?
2. If CA BRN will dishonour my request, what are the necessary steps in order for them to send a copy of my Test Results to CGFNS?
3. With Regards to the Bank Draft, Is okay to issue a Total Payment of $70 in just one bank draft? (Copy of test Result: $10 + ICHP Visa Screen: $ 60 = $70) or a separate draft for each payment?

@JustBeachyNurse, thanks for this. What if my previous passing scores from NCLEX are still with CGFNS, do i still have to get a license verification/passing test scores from CBRN? or can i use the previous exam results? thanks!
It's unlikely that cgfns maintained records for 9 years unless you paid them to maintain old records. They generally must come from CABRN
I have passed my nclex in 2010 and it expired in 2013 now i need my nclex verification for cgfns visa screen. What should i do ? Should i send my nclex copy to cgfns ? Please please help
Hi, I have the same case as yours. However, i took the NCLEX last 2007, passed it, got my Visa Scree, wasn't able to renew it before it expired and now i'm currently submitting all the requirements again. Does the same procedure still apply for California BRN? i have been sending them email queries for months now but i have yet to receive a response. Do i use the address for the renewals unit? will i still be able to get a Visa Screen even if i havent been able to submit an SSN? you responses will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi i passed my nclex in 2010 from CA. I didnt get my license because of ssn and now its 7 years my file is been destroyed and abandoned. Im immigrating to usa. I need my nclex verification for my visascreen. I sent my nclex verfication form and 70$ ans 2 photo copy of my nclex passed result in june 2016. Still my nclex verfication has been received by cgfns. I call ,mailed to CA but no answer. Im very worried what should I do? Is there any procedure to verify my nclex.

Your ICHP test results verification request is being returned to you for insufficient funds. In order to process your request, you would need to submit $100 in a means of Money Order, Personal Check, or a Cashier's Check in United States currency and made payable to CA BOARD OF REGISTERED NURSING. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD.

You just need to request for NCSBN letter from California. That is proof that you passed NCLEX. Just draft a letter requesting for the NCSBN letter (used to be called NCLEX PASS LETTER WITH PHOTO) and submit the necessary fees. Goodluck.
