From looking at the classes starting in fall, I'm guessing that Evidence Based nursing is replacing Research? Anyone have any idea if stats is still required prior to taking this, as it was with Research?
I would like to question one that I got wrong but I can't remember what the other answers were to even compare them to what I selected. I think that when you review your quiz after you've taken it, all of the possible answers should be shown.
I agree but I think this is an effort to prevent the whole cut-and-paste fiascos that have occurred in the past. Those of us that just took Family got screwed on grades because of it. If this is what prevents people from cheating ... so be it. I think if you emailed your TA about the question - maybe she/he would give you more information?

That makes sense. I am so glad I took Family back in January. I would have preferred a few classes in a different order actually. As we know...TA 'ness' makes all the difference!!
Still, it makes no sense to get a score with no way of really understanding what you missed. I find that very frustrating. I took a course elsewhere and there were numerous errors on the test. Luckily our instructor made note of this after it was pointed out by students and credit was given. Only one week and 2 classes to go!

I must have totally missed the cut and paste fiasco. What was that??

I agree! I want to be able to review what I missed and try to understand why I missed it, and add that to my pool of knowledge. Also, because there have been many instances of test/quiz questions being graded incorrectly, I want to make sure I'm getting credit for the correct answer. I do not take my education lightly and I do not want others to either. Last quarter in stats there were many questions graded wrong that should have been correct. It was extremely frustrating having to check and recheck everything and sending emails to inform them of problems. We are paying for our education, which is not cheap, and I don't think we should constantly have to make sure that grading was done correctly, it should be a given that tests are graded correctly! Yes, I understand that we are all human, but when the same things are happening over and over again it gets frustrating. Is it necessary that I advocate for myself constantly, yes it is!
