Esme Needs Your Prayers

I've been wondering where Esme is, thinking maybe I just haven't been traveling the same threads as her. Just now I decided to stop waiting to see her around, and searched for her. She hasn't posted since March 6th. I'm going to PM her as well, but in case I don't hear back, is Esme okay? Anyone know her in real life?

Gracious, Esme! Are you still not well yet? You are forcing me to add you to the prayer chain. You may want to hurry up and get better or you will be subjected to virtual casseroles for the rest of your life. (For those not familiar with Southern customs, a casserole is much like duct tape, it makes all situations better. It is produced for every life event, from births through deaths, with all the illnesses, holidays, weddings, and special occasions in between)

UPDATE

I chatted with Esme's sister this morning. Esme's progress has stalled and she is not feeling well at all. She will be re-evaluated by the surgical team today.
