Is it possible to get a spreadsheet listing all hospitals in USA using Epic electronic medical records. the extra variables being state, bed number and general phone number

OP the only place that would even possibly have a list like that is the company themselves. To have any chance of obtaining it, you would need to go to their website and find their contact info.

But I wouldn't expect them to give that info to you, especially without more reason than "my client wants it".

Right... you might possibly be able to find out if a hospital uses Epic (vs Cerner vs paper charts). But a patient's chart info such as bed number? No, never, ever, ever, will not happen.

Many of these are multi-state systems and you'd have to look up each one individually to determine their bed capacity, location and phone #.

Contact their public relations, corporate relations or marketing department. Be prepared when asking for such specific data you will be required to disclose your purpose and intent

Contact epic directly via "contact us" tell them what you want and why you want it before they contact you after finding this via google alerts
