Since ATI provides no student assistance to interpret scores, let's help each other! If enough of us enter our complete TEAS scores, we'll be able to compare notes to see how we rank in different programs, what to aim for if your school requires a Program percentile rank rather than a series of scores, etc. There is another thread where people are sharing their scores, but it looks like most people are just sharing their Adjusted Individual Total Score or whatever applies to their particular school. By sharing all the info, we can help each other better.
Please copy the scores below and then change them to your own, in your post! thanks! Please make sure to check your Program Type! It's right under the name of the school where you took it, on your score sheet.

I am applying to Sacramento State University, which is highly competitive. My nursing GPA is 3.9318, so with my TEAS score I should hopefully be accepted. I did not study much, but I have taken all pre and co-requisite courses, and I also took the ATI online practice exams. I feel like the practice exams are a great help, as they mirror what the actual test is like, except you get to immediately see what questions you got wrong and why.
I didn't study at all before taking this exam so I wasn't sure how I would do. I kind of just wanted to see what I needed to study so that I could take it after being prepared for it. I scored a 73%. I was okay with the score knowing the circumstances. I'm hoping to raise that at least 10 points after I take time to study.

Very happy with results. Minimal studying, but I did use the ATI guide and took a practice test online through ATI. Definitely worthwhile.

I believe the passing score to get into the program is 70% so I barely passed. What does the mean program/national mean and the national/program percentile mean though?

Thank God its over; I definitely wish to study more effectively.
I was sick at the day and unable to reschedule the test, my fault though, I miscalculate the test date...
I'm applying to Grossmont College in San Diego. Anybody here in my area?
I thought I did ok. But from what I'm seeing on here, it appears that a lot of people scored high 80's and 90's. I did well in on my pre-reqs. My GPA is 3.49, so while I'm no genius, I am not dumb, and certainly not a slacker when it comes to studying. I don't see how studying anymore will help. I studied daily for 2 1/2 weeks. No excuses, didn't stay out late, work the day before and I wasn't sick. Honestly, I just do not know Physical Science/ Chem very well. I never took Chem, and I took P.Science 30yrs ago in HS. I am an older student mid 40's so the HS courses are in my distant past. Chem was not a prerequisite for the ADN Nursing program, I am very disappointed that the Teas tests on a non-required course. Well, it's too late to retest before the deadline for fall, so I decided to apply to the ADN. I may have to go that route and do the bridge if I'm accepted. I pray I am accepted.

I took the TEAS on December 11, 2015. I wasn't ready because I did not study, I haven't taken A&P yet, and I haven't taken a science class in 6 years. I ended up taking it anyway. I qualified for the nursing program. I know I could've gotten better scores if I would've studied!
