Since ATI provides no student assistance to interpret scores, let's help each other! If enough of us enter our complete TEAS scores, we'll be able to compare notes to see how we rank in different programs, what to aim for if your school requires a Program percentile rank rather than a series of scores, etc. There is another thread where people are sharing their scores, but it looks like most people are just sharing their Adjusted Individual Total Score or whatever applies to their particular school. By sharing all the info, we can help each other better.
Please copy the scores below and then change them to your own, in your post! thanks! Please make sure to check your Program Type! It's right under the name of the school where you took it, on your score sheet.

All it means is when compared to others that are planning on being in a lpn program you were in the 81st percentile. Your total score, which is what the school cares about, wouldn't be any different if you had put ADN.

This was my first and only time taking the exam. The school said only 4% of people pass all portions the first time. My ATI practice test scores were not this high. I took two versions and they were as follows:
Individual score: 74/70.7
Reading: 88.1/ 76.2
Math: 76.7/70
Science: 56.3/56.3
English: 80/86.7
Needless to say, I did much better on the actual test. Not sure if it's because the questions were easier, or if it was due to being well prepared by the practice test.

I took my TEAS V on Saturday 6/25/16, got my score earlier in the night today...
I studied pretty hardcore for about a month and took a total of 6 practice tests because I knew I needed a competitive score to get in anywhere in SoCAL. I took 2 practice tests from the ATI book, 2 from the ONLINE ATI website, and the rest of them were "free online" tests I found via Google. My very first ATI online practice test was on 12/21/15 before i did ANY studying = 72%.... My average of all the 6 practice tests was an 82%. My last practice ATI test (saved for last) was an 86%.
I am VERY pleased that it all paid off in the end! My first choice program right now is WGU Pre-Licensure BSN program, my back-up schools are ADN programs here in San Diego.
Adjusted Individual Total Score: 92.7%
ATI Academic Preparedness Level: Exemplary
National Mean: 64.3%
Program Mean: 64.9%
National Percentile Rank: 99
Program Percentile Rank: 99
Took the TEAS V RN the second time the other day. My first attempt was over a year ago and the BSN program I am interested in requires that it be taken within a year from application date. I am super pumped about my score. I spent just a week studying but I studied smart and that really payed off. I was getting 80-90% on my practice tests then I really hunkered down and went over things I didn't know. And made sure I knew how to answer ATI's questions. Learning how they word/ask questions is so important. I was also fortunate that I had just finished up a physiology course so there wasn't so much relearning to be done on the human body. I used every second of the reading, math, and science portions to go over as many answers as I was able. I marked all questions that I was even a little bit hesitant on and went over them first.
Overall - 98.7%
Reading - 97.6%
Math - 100%
Science - 100%
English & Language - 96.7%
