Since ATI provides no student assistance to interpret scores, let's help each other! If enough of us enter our complete TEAS scores, we'll be able to compare notes to see how we rank in different programs, what to aim for if your school requires a Program percentile rank rather than a series of scores, etc. There is another thread where people are sharing their scores, but it looks like most people are just sharing their Adjusted Individual Total Score or whatever applies to their particular school. By sharing all the info, we can help each other better.
Please copy the scores below and then change them to your own, in your post! thanks! Please make sure to check your Program Type! It's right under the name of the school where you took it, on your score sheet.

Although My test scores are low, I like to always look at the bright side...the face that I took this test a second time and scored higher lets me know that every year I'm learning and preparing myself for the nurse I one day will become. I will continue to Try!! I will not let this get me down. Plus check this out! The fact that my test said PROFICIENT MADE ME HAPPY! HAHAA Heyy, one small step at a time right?!
Proficient (Pro) - Proficient scores generally indicate a moderate
level of overall academic preparedness necessary to support
learning of nursing-related content. Students at this level may
require additional preparation for some objectives assessed on
TEAS (see Topics to Review of this score report).
Basic (Bas) - Basic scores generally indicate a low level of overall
academic preparedness necessary to support learning of nursing related
content. Students at this level are likely to require
additional preparation for many objectives assessed on TEAS (see
Topics to Review on this score report).
This was my first try at the TEAS and my first attempt at applying for a local ADN program. I am super ecstatic over my score. The program only requires a 70, but I had a personal goal of an 80 and I exceeded that. I ran out of time in Math, which was odd because I generally did fine with it in practice but a couple items really stumped me. I was really, really worried, but I am just seriously on cloud nine right now tho.

I went into the exam really really stressed and worried. I studied the McGraw-Hill 5 practice exams, and the ATI book (which includes 2 tests) plus the two online practice exams (A&B). I would score "high" on the McGraw-Hill exams (78, 80,82), but depressingly low on the ATI ones (all were below 77). So I am seriously just... so thrilled with myself right now.
First time taking the TEAS, pretty much did all my studying in a couple days (I need to stop procrastinating before nursing school starts!).

Took the TEAS in December for the CT community college programs. I realized after signing up for the December date that my class schedule and work load made studying impossible, so I decided to book a second date in January that I would be able to study for during winter break. Thus, I went into my December session with zero studying, although I did take a couple practice Math tests. I was scoring around 60-70% on them. Since I took the test with zero expectations, I was very relaxed, which I think helped me. I did well enough that I decided to skip my second scheduled test. Luckily I got into the UConn CEIN program, since my scores were low for the other ABSN programs that required the TEAS, such as Concordia, SUNY Downstate, and Molloy (they told me to not even bother applying).

This was my first attempt, no studying with the exception of the free online sites that have practice exams.
Got accepted to a BSN program with this score and a 4.0 GPA.

I recently scored 94% individual adjusted total score. Highest subtest score was in mathematics (100%), lowest subtest scores were in science (91.7%) and in the English language and usage (90%). I purchased the Teas study packet from ATI. I found the online practice tests to be helpful and much harder than the actual test. My practice test scores were in the low 80's. After I took the first online practice assessment I used the Official Study Guide exclusively to study. I concentrated on the areas where the online test showed weakness (science and English language, go figure). I really don't recommend going into the exam "cold." As this forum shows, some people will score well using this strategy. I just don't think that represents how most of us will do. The study guide is a good resource. There was not a single question on the exam that wasn't covered in some way in the Study Guide.

This was my first time taking the test. I sort of winged it and didn't try as hard as I should have, but since the school I'm applying to gives the max points fora score anywhere between 92-100, looks like I won't need to take it again
