Since ATI provides no student assistance to interpret scores, let's help each other! If enough of us enter our complete TEAS scores, we'll be able to compare notes to see how we rank in different programs, what to aim for if your school requires a Program percentile rank rather than a series of scores, etc. There is another thread where people are sharing their scores, but it looks like most people are just sharing their Adjusted Individual Total Score or whatever applies to their particular school. By sharing all the info, we can help each other better.
Please copy the scores below and then change them to your own, in your post! thanks! Please make sure to check your Program Type! It's right under the name of the school where you took it, on your score sheet.

I took my exam last Friday. This was my first time taking the TEAS V. I studied on and off for a couple months using the ATI study guide and the McGraw & Hill iphone APP. Two week before my test I started taking the pre-tests in the ATI study manual and I bought the McGraw & Hill 5 practice TEAS V manual. I looked at what I missed and then focused my studies on those topics. I would highly recommend taking several pre-tests and timing yourself. During the actual exam I ran down pretty close to the time allowed in Reading and Math. Coming out of the exam, I honestly didn't know how I did and was pretty worried. I was pretty excited when I got my scores back. This should be a high enough score for me to get accepted without any problems!! Study hard and good luck!

Many people have asked about practice vs actual and I have to say the actual test fell somewhere in the middle. I scored better than the online practice test (84 to 85.5%), but not much better than on the paper practice test (90 to 94%). I can just tell folks to spend the time reading the manual - dig in on the areas you are not too clear on and take the practice tests over time. I did the paper ones after I had read each section, followed by the online versions in the last week of my study period. I will say that I purchased my study manual a year ago and did not take the test until now. Not sure if it has changed, but there were some question formats that we not part of the practice exams and I was taken aback at first. They could just be the "test" test questions, but still. Glad this portion of applications is over!

Test date 1/22/2014. I've been out of school for 15 years; started my pre-req coursework over the summer. While I wasn't particularly worried about the reading or language sections, I was in real trouble with algebra, chemistry, and molecular/cell science. I studied hard for a solid month using the official ATI study guide (bundle), 5 TEAS Practice Tests by McGraw-Hill, Cracking the Nursing School Entrance Exams by The Princeton Review, and a LOT of YouTube math and science videos. I highly recommend Bozeman Science and Khan Academy.
Studying definitely paid off for me. I scored a little higher on each practice test, and ultimately achieved my highest personal score on the live exam. I recommend that you identify your most challenging (or "rusty") areas and spend time really concentrating on those.
My H.S. transcript is a real tragedy and will do me no favors in a submitting a competitive application, so I dedicated my heart and soul to this entrance exam and keeping a high GPA on my college pre-req work. It's totally possible. Best of luck!
Took the Teas exam on the 23rd. Made a 73.3%. I have no comment in regards to this exam. In real life a person can look up just about any piece of information you need on the internet. I work full-time, go to school and have a family like everyone else. I studied for weeks with the ATi booklet. This is my second degree and I have a 3.75 gap overall and I have tried so hard to do this! Why did I even bother. What is disappointing is that no matter how hard a person studies, some of us are just not good test takers. Yes, I am discouraged. In real life your skills need to be excellent communication with fellow co-workers, and the ability to think on your feet in a crisis especially outside the box. You need to have character that fosters integrity and trust in the work place. Would really like to know how many people have taken this test more then once. Starting to think its a money making scam.
