  3. Hello just curious which program you both applied for? I applied to the LVN-RN bridge and have yet to hear back from them. Anxiously awaiting!
  4. I'm 4"11 and 110 pounds and I work at a LTC facility ? Don't give up.
  5. Try getting a partner to help you and use the draw sheet to move the patient from side to side. Even if you do it with out a partner the draw sheet works miracles. Good Luck!

  7. If becoming a nurse is what you really want to do. You should definitely look into an LVN school and eventually bridge into an RN program.I also was unable to get into a Nursing program and have just started an LVN program In order to one day become an RN?. Do what ever it takes to make your dreams come true. Best of luck to you on Which ever path you choose.

  10. I start my LVN/LPN program on May 28th I'm sooo nervous too and at the same time really looking forward to this new chapter in my life to begin! Ya for us.....heehee
