Emory Master of Nursing (MN) 2021

The Fall 2021 application for Emory opens tomorrow so I wanted to create this thread for people to connect, share experiences with the application process, and stats (if you choose to). Good luck everyone!!

I applied to the MN fall 2021. My deadline was Oct 15 but I submitted 2 weeks early.

I just checked as well. Mine says admitted and has the green button that says "Pay Admissions Deposit". But I haven't received any other email or anything from Emory about an acceptance.

Have any of you checked your application to see if the status changed rather than just OPUS? When you go into the application, like where the checklist is you should see a Status Update

I've checked my portal, but I don't see any updates :((

I don't see any Status Updates on my checklist either.

My status on application page got updated a day later than opus page status change.(I applied for early decision for MSN fall 2021). If your opus pages says admitted, you are admitted! Congrats!

Was this for MN or MN+MSN?

I think it helps that you sent the app in early....but I also think your application was complete with all that they needed.

I submitted mine on October 8, but I have to get my first degree evaluated (it's from Jamaica) so they are waiting on that.

Ad2020, did you have a lot of transcripts or only 1 or 2?

I have 2. One from my undergrad degree and one from the community college where I am completing pre-reqs.

OK....it's just awesome that you received the offer so early. Are you going to accept?

It's definitely one of my top choices so I'm going to wait until I get an official decision and see how long I have to decide
