Hi everyone!

I figured I would start a thread for the upcoming application cycle for Emory's ABSN program. I am excited to get everything in and apply, I am just waiting to take my TEAS.

I just received my decision. I was waitlisted. But on Friday I received my conditional admission to The George Washington University (which I my first choice). I couldn't be more happy. Good luck to everyone else still waiting and congratulations to all of those accepted!

I am going, but haven't yet received a notice on financial aid.

I've received financial aid. I did fasfa and everything before the Oct 15 deadline and received the award a few weeks ago.

I submitted everything pretty early too so I'm hoping to hear back soon!

I just got mine too, finally! A little disappoint but oh well.

Are you guys bringing a friend/spouse/parent? I would be flying there and thought it would be fun to spend the whole weekend out with my mom because I don't see her much but I didn't know if it would be weird bringing a parent to a second-degree program thing lol

I didn't look too much into admitted students day for the nursing school, but I know for the school of public health tons of students brought parents and significant others to check out the grad program! Unless information says you can't, you should definitely bring her out to see the school and the area!
