I agree- I have another offer at another school and they want a decision by Monday June 22nd. Id rather AHU since its local and they find preceptors for you, the other one is out of state. I asked the admissions counselor yesterday and he said not to reject their offer yet, but he is hoping decisions are given this week. I also am curious when they will find out if they are CCNE accredited, their review was last year and the board met in May, so I'm hoping it went through.

Anyone know how soon you find out a decision after applying? I applied for the fall 2020 start.

I am applying or the Fall start- I just missed the deadline for Summer. Do you know any reviews for this program? I am a current employee of Advent Health and know a lot of nurses who did their BSN there, but I did not even know they had an FNP program.

I had only worked about 2 years as a nurse, had some strong letters of recommendation from nursing school, my GPA for my BSN was around 3.7... but I did an accelerated BSN, my first bachelors was at the University of South Carolina. I cannot remember if there was an essay or not.

Got an email as soon as I posted here. I got waistlisted too i luckily got accepted at my second choice that starts in January but Emory was my 1st choice!

of course! I am actually surprised I finally got in. I got waitlisted to PA school so decided to try this, but ended up getting waitlisted to 2 schools and denied to one. my cum. gpa was a 3.3 (my weakness in my application) pre-req gpa was a 3.7 very strong LOR have over 2 years of medical experience as a medical assistant in Pediatrics and I think my essay was pretty strong. I also took Microbiology and Organic after college and got an A and a B. and my undergrad major was in Physiology so that may have helped too since it was mostly high level sciences.

Gave my interview spot up today as I was accepted to another program. Maybe this will let someone else in!

I gave up my spot to interview tomorrow. I was accept to a school closer to home (NJ) so maybe they will invite someone else!
