Emory ABSN/MSN 2016 Program

Hi everyone,

I thought I would get a thread started for the Emory ABSN/MSN 2016 application cycle. I am going to the information session next Friday, July 24th for the program.

Has anyone else started to get ready for this application cycle?

Does anyone have any opinions of KSU vs GSU nursing?

KSU nursing is a very good nursing program! they are one of the best in georgia!

For those starting at Emory in the Fall... I have a BARELY used otoscope/opthalmoscope by WelchAllyn that I got but never needed for the neonatal program. Its an adult size scope set. Would be interested in selling for less than retail. PM me if interested.

Hey guys, I was wait-listed after applying for the priority deadline in December or so and was later on offered a video interview but never did it. I just found out today that I got accepted even without completing the interview portion. I will be declining my spot. Good luck to those who are still waiting for their good news :)

I'm on the waitlist and still haven't heard yet either. It's a huge cross country move for me if I get in so I am so anxious. It's hard not to lose hope but I don't know if I can make a move on such short notice.

With 2300 applicants for 300 spots, I am looking elsewhere.

I still haven't heard anything either, I know chances of getting in at this point are slim but I'm still very anxious to know either way, Hopefully soon since classes start in about a month
