  1. Hey guys, I was wait-listed after applying for the priority deadline in December or so and was later on offered a video interview but never did it. I just found out today that I got accepted even without completing the interview portion. I will be declining my spot. Good luck to those who are still waiting for their good news :)
  2. Will we be able to know our position on the waiting list at all?
  3. Just wanted to share with you guys info that I received after my interview for FNP on 2/6. The FNP track lead professor said that FNP interviews would be carried out throughout February and decisions will be notified any time from March - mid March.
  4. Congratulations both mickey7256 and Pnkwtrlili21! I also got accepted to their FNP track as well :)!! I haven't taken patho either. Do you now if the required course is a 5 credits course? I've seen a few that is just 3 credits as well. Also, do you guys know if they offer scholarships for incoming students at all and how will we be able to find out?
  5. Hi all, I have been searching around but haven't come across a thread for those of us who are applying to Boston College for the MSN Direct Entry 2016 start date yet. Did anyone else apply? I'm applying for the FNP track :)
  6. Hi badabing, It's a bit late but thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful advice! Best of luck to your application this year too. Hopefully we can be classmates soon :)
  7. Hi all, I am also a very very committed prospective applicant for the Seattle U program 2016 cycle. I was hoping to get some insight from previous and current students on how to best strengthen my application. I got 4.0 on all of the pre-reqs, a 3.79 undergrad GPA, have been 350+ volunteering hours delivering hands-on patient care experience throughout different departments (medical surgery, telemetry, oncology,..) and serving 200+ hours on the leadership team. I am doing my CNA now and still need to take my GRE some time soon. As far as the requirements go, I have met all of them except for the GRE. May I ask for your advice on what else I could be doing to further increase my chance of acceptance? If you have already been a student of the program, what do you think attributed to your acceptance? Thank you so much!
