Yin Yang I know you and the other GNs from ECC will pass the NCLEX with 75?'s. About sometime next week you all will have RN after your names on allnurses. Which hospital did you chose to do your internship and how were you able to make that choice? I will be thinking nothing but good thoughts on Tuesday for you.

I did Baylor Irving with Reece and it was excellent - It was the closest of the preceptorships for me, and I knew that I wanted a preceptorship first and foremost. We got to select and rank our choices, then the piles were supposedly shuffled and then drawn. First drawn got their first choice, second drawn got first choice and so on until slots were filled. When it came to you, if your first choice was filled, they went to second and so on. As I understand it, it has changed to where they do every semester like first semester was done now. There was only one instructor that I heard bad things about...Bessie? something like that.....started with a B. Thanks for the good thoughts - I'm pretty confident, but it never hurts to have a few prayers sent up for you :wink2:.

Best Wishes to everyone taking the NCLEX! I know you all will do great.

I ended up with the Baylor clinical for my last semester of Nursing school...it's so surreal this being my last semester! I am so freakin excited! I can't wait for May to get here!

Keep me posted on how the NCLEX goes.

ps. they changed the new passing grade to a 75.5. I hope that takes some of the pressure off this semester.

Yeah! You'll love it Spill! You hardly ever see the instructor. You'll do so well. Try for Diane in the ER - she is so wonderful! Thanks for the well wishes! I'm studying as we speak - I'll let you know how tomorrow goes.

I think they update the website on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I took the test on the Wed, June 18th, and it was official as of the 24th...per my license.

I think it showed up on the BON on the 24th as well. I couldn't wait, I paid the $8 or whatever it was to see it on the Pearson Vue. Then I copied the page, and have the strip saved as a gif that says the test name and PASSED! lolololololol :chuckle

Maybe yours will be update Thursday?????

If it doesn't update Thursday, I'll be paying the $7.95 also....I'm not patient, and since I start on the next Monday, I want to know before then so I can go in and say DONE! LOL .... I'm getting ready for bed....I'll touch base tomorrow and let you know how it goes!

Nothing but good thoughts for those sitting for the NCLEX today. Go get 'em Ying Yang and other ECC GN's. I thinking 75?'s and you all are done. In just a few days all will post RN behind your names.

Well, good or bad, it shut off at 75 - I either did really well or really bad! :chuckle I saw 2 classmates there taking it today also. I'll be paying for rapid results.... lol....because I know I'm not patient enough to wait even until next week to find out! Keep the good thoughts coming until we know for sure!

She doesn't test until Feb. 11 I believe. But, she's studying like a good girl!!!
