And I'm bringing up that those fears, based in history and still present institutional situations are STILL very real to African Americans; again, to scoff at those sentiments and diminish those while entertaining mass hysteria can further confirm those issues and further alienate instead of helping to bridge the gap and inform and educate and erode those thoughts and realities that African Americans face.

When there is one credible piece of evidence that states this was somehow related to race then I will entertain that theory until then it is nothing more than sensationalism.

Duncan was or is a millionaire.He could have got treatment anywhere in the world.If he did die then where is his obituary and funeral notice?Or are they still disecting him to see how he died or is he in the bahamas drinking martinis?

Let the cconspiracy theories begin!! Where did you get the idea that he was a "millionaire" or "supposed" Ebola victim (per your previous post)?

So, 2 healthcare workers have been diagnosed with Ebola who cared for Duncan. There are many people in quarantine from the hospital where Duncan was treated who are suspected of contracting Ebola. This is what I have read in the news today. I live near Dallas and I am in nursing school. Yesterday we had the dean come speak to us about Ebola and making sure that we self quarantine ourselves if we travel to any regions with Ebola or have family members from those regions visit. We have a large population of students from Africa in our school.

If these healthcare workers contracted Ebola in full PPE, this says to me that PPE isn't enough! Is it possible that the virus mutated in a new country where body fluid contact is less likely?

This is starting to scare me now!
