Starting a thread for all those who have applied to the Fall 2020 Term at Duke. I have applied to the Pediatric Primary NP program.

how did you find out so soon?? When did you submit yours??

Hi everyone!

I applied for the Fall 2020 Adult Acute Care Post-Grad Certificate. My status still says “Under Faculty Review” but wondering if we get selected for an interview, if that will change? I guess we will all find out one way or another! Best of luck guys!

Your status will change and I was called to schedule an interview. I have been told by previous applicants that I work with that they received an email with a link to schedule an interview time. They use a program called "zoom" similar to skype for interviews.

Congrats on your interview! My status just changed from “under faculty review” to “under committee review”. Who knows what that means but fingers crossed!

For those of us unfamiliar - what is an "early candidate" How did you come across this application channel, Sevil Elmer?

I applied by the deadline of December 1 - which was published on the website. I didn't see a special apply date for early admission decision.

Early review was only for those of us that are an affiliate of duke, such as current duke employee or alumni. They sent us an email after beginning the application that if we submitted everything by a specific date that we could be reviewed early prior to the closing of the original due date. So it wasn’t anything that would have been posted on their website. I didn’t even know that was a thing until they emailed me about it.
