Hi all,

I applied and was accepted for Fall 2020 into the MSN - PMHNP program. I was able to submit my application early due to being an affiliate of Duke. Came here looking for a thread to see who else would potentially be starting in the Fall.

Hi everyone! I applied to the adult acute care MSN for the Fall 2020. In the waiting game as well... has anyone heard when they will be starting the interview process?

I just emailed back and forth with Nora (In admissions) today. She said that they are deciding whom to interview right now, and they will be releasing those decisions at the end of the month. She said that tentatively, final decisions will be made in March/April, but she said it depends entirely on the competitiveness of the applicant pool, so we will see!

I also asked if she could give an idea of admissions rates, and she said she couldn’t, as it varies widely from term to term.

Yes, after they review your application, they may or may not select you for an interview. Then once you interview, they review everything once more to make a final decision.

I think I found out early due to being an ‘early candidate’ I’m keeping my fingers crossed for everyone and I can’t wait to get to know you all ?
