i'm not bright, by any means. after shutting off at #75, i felt like i passed. usually, this level of confidence means FAILED. as this isn't the first time i felt great about an exam. think i might had been "over-prepared" with 4 months of studying. i made a thread about it, if you're interested in reading.
I too wanted to throw up after the test. I about had a heart attack when the computer shut off. Thought it could go either way but in the following 48 hours I had convinced myself I had failed. Turns out I was wrong. I did indeed pass. Phew!
I felt the same way but was very excited yet a little nervous that my test shut off at 75 questions! I called my husband and brother immediately after I tested and they said "oh you passed that test". I check the BON the very next day and saw my PN and RN license listed :)
Shockingly I walked out feeling really good which scared me! Passed first time with 75q and maybe I just got lucky and got the questions I knew, but glad its over for good!
I felt the NCLEX was one of the easier tests I am taken during my nursing experience. I the majority of the content the test was spitting out. Luck, I guess.
