Disney Culture in Hospitals

Anyone out there been visited by Disney yet? That's right, Disney. Mickey Mouse was there as well as a couple of other characters.All employees were required to attend the 2 plus hour sessions and the gist is that you are working in a perfect environment and you are to provide perfect care.No patients should ever have a complaint because we are at their (and their family members) beck and call 24/7.

It was like a new horror movie...The Stepford Staff.

*Kidney Stone Log Ride

*Trachea of Terror Ride

*Baloos birthing suites

And sure to be a big hit:

*Malificents Med/surge wards "you don't see us 'dragon' our tails!".

*Plutos orthos "give the dog a bone will ya!"

*Donalds OB/GYN "he doesn't wear pants...nor do you!"

*Mickeys Protoclogy (already gloved and only has three small fingers!).

*Tinker Bell's Substance abuse treatment centers "Tink will manage your 'trips'".
