Did anyone apply to UCLA's MECN Program for Fall 2009?

Just wondering if anyone else applied to this program. I went to UCLA for undergrad but I pretty much think I have no shot of getting into this grad program.

Does anyone know anything about how many people they admit? What they are looking for?

ucla puts all their mail into a BIG system so hopefully they will go out today and we will get them early next week (im tired of waiting!)

Well UCLA does have a small, on-campus Post Office in Ackerman Union, so maybe (fingers crossed) we'll have something to celebrate tomorrow or Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday...I called a while ago and she said,"all letters were mailed out today, so you can expect it tomorrow or sometime next week."

Poor Shelli is probably getting harrassed by around 400 applicants right now!

I'm so scared you guys!!! I'm going to temple with my parents tonight. Hopefully that will calm me down. Good luck to everyone!!! Hopefully we will hear something tomorrow. Has anyone tried checking decision status today?

Yes Martini. My decision status has changed from "no decision has been made" to "quit checking or you're going to crash our server!"

The only reason I ask Kitty is because I am too chicken to go check for myself. I will definitely say 'hi' to God for you. Since I only live twenty-five miles away from UCLA, hopefully good news will be here tomorrow.

Unfortunately, the departments don't use that post office :(
