Did anyone apply to UCLA's MECN Program for Fall 2009?

Just wondering if anyone else applied to this program. I went to UCLA for undergrad but I pretty much think I have no shot of getting into this grad program.

Does anyone know anything about how many people they admit? What they are looking for?

I think it was just a joke cause the uk girl said she was confident she'd get into the program but she didn't think she'd accept cause she had planned to go to another school or something.

So kitty joked about the waiting list thing.

I know what's destined will be, so everything happens for a reason, I guess I'll have to trust in that.

You said you were going to the 'temple' to pray, are you jewish?

Yes, today is our day off. We can relax :) I had a dream last night that we all had to go to UCLA SON to find out if we got accepted. And I was the first one to find out I was rejected. Later there was a big group of accepted people dancing around in joy in Indian wardrobe as I stood back and looked at my rejection letter. Needless to say, I hope my dream doesn't come true. I would rather be dancing around in an Indian outfit. I don't have one, but I'll find one. :)

I had a dream last night that I checked my decision status and it said I had been put on the waiting list and I was #24!

I was so upset, cause I knew that no one that was that low on the waiting list would get in.

I hope my dream doesn't comes true :(
