So, I finally feel I should not give up......I will be a retaker for 2nd time in December. I felt so low when I failed the test in July'07. I was thinking to take in october but just couldnt get motivated to study. In the meantime, I joined RN-BSN program. So, currently I am in school taking 15 credits of classes. I need to have my RN license before winter so I can do practical in communnity health, a required class for BSN.
After visiting this site almost everyday, reading success stories and encouragement given by one of my wonderful instructor from my ASN program, I am motivated to do it.
So, newcomers as well as retakers, Lets get together, support each other and lets pass the RN test. WE CAN DO IT.
For now, I have started practicing Q&A at least 2 hrs/day from Saunders CD. I will keep you updating and hope you all will share the tips as well.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US. :welcome: TO THE SUPPORT GROUP .
To all December Test Takers Support Group, thanks a lot for your prayers and words of encouragement!
:balloons:I passed NCLEX-RN with 75 questions on my 1st try last Dec. 4..:balloons:
To God be the Glory!
This was my NCLEX experience, i had 10-12 SATA (so many!), priority and delegation, some meds.. I finished the exam in 2 hrs and 15 mins. when the computer stopped at 75, i thought God has indeed answered my prayers. i answered every item very carefully and read the questions a couple of times to make sure i understood it correctly. One thing that help me get through the exam was maintaning my composure. i have always prayed to God to help me keep my cool when i encounter difficult questions and seemingly confusing options. i offered my exam to HIM, and believed that my hard work will be paid off..and it really did.
after 62hrs (not 48), quick results delivered my status and it stated that i passed! i am so happy.. a very wonderful Christmas gift to myself!
To all my fellow december test takers, continue to study and master the art of answering practice questions. add constant prayers with it. that is the perfect formula for beating the NCLEX! i wish u all the grace of knowledge and wisdom! believe in yourself! God bless all of you!
I passed my test, thanks everyone for your prayings and supports. To God be the glory, HE answered my prayers.
Congratulations to shara_su and everyone in the Dec family who passed the test, and lots of encouragements to whoever is in process of preparing for the test, I believe everyone's turn will come. Just study hard, pray hard, that's all you need to do. I will keep your guys in my prayer and God bless everyone in the family will pass their tests.
