Dates of Orientation for NHCC and IHCC programs?

So I'm awaiting responses from NHCC and IHCC on whether I've been accepted to their programs but I'm trying to make some vacation plans and I need to know some things and was wondering if anyone here knew.

I know classes start August 25th for both programs, but is there an orientation or any other meetings that students admitted to the program need to attend before Aug 25th? Thanks in advance!

No I don't know their TEAS scores... Really hoping we all get our letters tomorrow!

I go to IHCC and applied for the Fall 2014 program. I went to "check" on the status of applications and letters (really just fishing for information) and was told that they'll START to mail letters out Saturday, 3/15/14. I was pretty ticked because the MANE application and program description pretty clearly states that applicants should be aware of their status by this time. I haven't been very impressed with the overall knowledge on this program, however. Perhaps this is just another uninformed person who has no idea *** they're talking about. Although, it is Wednesday and.... no letter. I haven't heard of any people discussing denial letters, yet, either.

OMG I think I am going to vomit....I have been flying home after work to get the dumb mail. I am glad I found this thread so we could all be anxious together. Maybe last week NHCC sent out all the decline letters and this week they send out the acceptance letters. One can hope..... I applied with 3.71 GPA and my teas test was low at 68.something% I bombed the english section. wah wah. Good luck!

I feel your pain...money sucks! I work about 30 hours a week and have 2 little girls and 2 mortgages at the moment. ughhh

Really?! I figured with Spring Break being this week, they'd send stuff out before it started. Someone on here was saying their friends had gotten their denial letter last week.
