Dates of Orientation for NHCC and IHCC programs?

So I'm awaiting responses from NHCC and IHCC on whether I've been accepted to their programs but I'm trying to make some vacation plans and I need to know some things and was wondering if anyone here knew.

I know classes start August 25th for both programs, but is there an orientation or any other meetings that students admitted to the program need to attend before Aug 25th? Thanks in advance!

I'll be going to NHCC night program peanut&buttercup..

No Carley, NHCC, ARCC, Century, Metro State and IHCC.. 11.36, all prereq's finished...

Acroagogue -- me too (night & weekend). I'm not looking forward to the 9 houses of class two days a week. That will be rough!

Ugh didn't get into NHCC with an 11.13. Now I'm waiting on IHCC but I'm not hopeful. I'm gonna try applying to all the school for the Spring semester. If that doesn't work out I might retake a class to up my GPA.

Did you apply to the Day or the Eve/Weekend program? I haven't recieved mine yet. I got on the alternate list for Anoka Ramsey...so Im pretty bummed right now :(

I applied to the day program at NHCC. But I'm wondering I'd have gotten in if I'd applied to the night :/

I thought there was someone on here who was on the alternate Century list. If so, I'll be denying my acceptance and know of 1 more so you're moving up!

Acroagogue, Congrats on getting into all your programs! I hope that I get in, they wouldn't tell me how many are on the list and what number I am. For all I know I could be #75! They told me that I would know by or around April 1st! Again, Congratulations!!!!!!!
