757-114120.jpga new study published recently in the journal of the observation of kinetic and existential studies has found that eating two to three medium-sized dark chocolate bars per day greatly increases abdominal muscle tone, reducing the need to exercise in most people. the study, conducted at the university of northwestern alberta in canada, involving more than 19,000 student volunteers over the course of three years, found that muscle strength and tone increased in more than 98% of participants, regardless of age. the effects were most pronounced among women, the study found.

on a side note, dark chocolate does have isoflavones that are actually very good for you!
