CSUSM ABSN Fall 2019

Hi everyone! I've been following a lot of the previous threads for CSUSM's ABSN program. I'm finally ready to apply for the Fall 2019 semester, so I figured I should start this thread and talk to the rest of you who are in the same boat! :) I currently just have to take the TEAS, which I'm signed up to take next week! Has anyone already submitted their apps yet?

New to the thread! Applied to the Fall Cohort with 35 points. Spoke with my advisor and she said acceptance letters would be handed out sometime next week!

Got my evaluation today and my adviser stated "We will most likely begin sending admission offers by email within the next week." Yay!

From what I understand, they are. My friend got accepted into Summer cohort and found out by logging in on MyCSUSM and going to the student center before she even got an email.

In case anyone is looking for an update. Here’s the reply I got today from one of the advisors:

We haven’t sent admission offers out yet. We hope to do so in the coming weeks. We have to make sure Summer is set before we can move on to Fall.

I wonder if that means they’re still looking for peeps to start this summer?

Hi! Just joined because I was getting worried. I saw on the myCSUSM page that Fall 2019 enrollment date & times have been assigned but I haven't heard back about my application if I was accepted or not...but then again one of my transcripts didn't get sent until a week after the 3/15 deadline, so that delayed my evaluation. But has anyone heard a yes or even no from them? How do we find out?

I think this is probably the case. I was offered a spot in the summer cohort last week, which I declined. They asked for my decision by 4/18, so maybe everyone else they asked said no too?

May I ask how high your point score is? I just want to know if I get offered a spot fall semester if it’s okay to decline and wait until spring semester. It’d be better for me financially but I don’t want to turn down a for sure something for a low possibility.
