CSUS Spring 2011 hopeful

Published

I am planning to apply for Sac State's BSN program for Spring 2011. I wanted to get some advice from those who have been accepted for Fall 2010 since the selection criteria has changed. What was your total points, GPA, TEAS scores (if you don't mind posting)? Were you an alternate before getting in? If so, what number were you?

Also, is Sac State accepting 2011 transfer students? I'm a current student, but I just wanted to know to see what my chances are in getting accepted. I'm so nervous & just doubting myself so much! I heard the current cut off point as of now is 58pts & they're on alternate #54! Any advice or feedback would be great. Thanks!

Thanks ncaligirl! Did she mention anything about how many students they are going to accept?

She mentioned that each semester is different depending on funding and she hasn't gotten the final word yet. Also she said sometimes they find additional funding at the last minute allowing more students so ya never know. She also said when you get your email, if you weren't accepted to go over your points and make sure she counted them all because they do hold 5 spaces in case there is a math error and you should have been in.

Good info ncaligirl, thank you for taking the time to share it with us:heartbeat

hi im herbert from the philippines. i passed my california nclex-rn test 2 years ago and i am now planning to endorse it to other state so i can get my license before my nclex in california expires. i have not acquired yet my SSN so california wont release my license. im considering vermont at the moment for my application for endorsement but i would like to know other states which do not require SSN for my application for endorsement. thanks!
