  1. I haven't heard anything yet. Anyone else?
  2. Congratulations! That's a great accomplishment and you should be proud. I'm considering the RN-BSN program but still am not sure. I've heard people had difficulties with admissions (losing transcripts, taking forever to evaluate, not getting credit for courses) and there were a lot of group projects (people had to do extra work since others weren't participating). Did you have any issues? How long did it take you to complete your degree?
  3. David, 2.5 years of waiting - WOW!!!! I graduated in Dec and the 6 months I have been waiting feels like forever. I can't imagine what 2.5 years was like for you! Congratulations on your new position!!! What did you do in the interim period to keep your skills up?
  4. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything or been contacted yet.
  5. Congratulations NICURN2013! Can't wait to hear how it goes for you once you're on the floor. How exciting!!!!
  6. Thanks for the replies everyone! It's probably okay since so many CA residents are in the program, but I'm going to call the BRN just to confirm. Thanks, Meriwhen, on the info about accreditation - it's confusing!
  7. I'm from CA and am looking into UTA's RN-BSN program. I love that this program is affordable and online. I'm seriously considering this program but am curious what CA residents past and present think of the program, and specifically if it's accepted at major hospitals (Kaiser, Dignity, Sutter, etc). I see that this program is CCNE accredited but is it regionally accredited? Any comments are appreciated. Thanks!
  8. No, I don't have an interview scheduled. Just hoping and dreaming.... and trying to stay positive :) Thanks for sharing your story and your questions.
  9. Congratulations Encast! So happy and excited for you!!!!! What type of interview questions did you get?
  10. Maybe your situation was different since you were interviewing for a Clin 3? The positions posted in Nov was for a Clin 1 and there are probably a LOT more applicants. Just a guess. Congrats on getting your job! That's a great accomplishment.
  11. A friend of mine applying the last go around (deadline Nov) and she had the oral interview mid March. Not sure when she found out it was scheduled but it seems to take a while!
  12. I applied for this also. I said I was open to all of the units. Good luck everyone!
  13. Hi K10RN*2012~ I've seen a couple of your other posts on here and I just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS on getting the interview!!! I hope it goes well for you and you're able to get the position. Let us know how it goes.
  14. Thanks for all the info bigsick_littlesick! I applied for neuro but haven't heard anything yet. I really thought they would've done or at least scheduled their interviews by now since June is right around the corner. Crossing my fingers for you that you're able to get an interview in ER!
  15. Hi Em, sorry it's taking so long for you to hear back. Have you gotten a response yet?
