I'm from CA and am looking into UTA's RN-BSN program. I love that this program is affordable and online. I'm seriously considering this program but am curious what CA residents past and present think of the program, and specifically if it's accepted ...

Congratulations! That's a great accomplishment and you should be proud. I'm considering the RN-BSN program but still am not sure. I've heard people had difficulties with admissions (losing transcripts, taking forever to evaluate, not getting credi...

Thanks for the replies everyone! It's probably okay since so many CA residents are in the program, but I'm going to call the BRN just to confirm. Thanks, Meriwhen, on the info about accreditation - it's confusing!

Maybe your situation was different since you were interviewing for a Clin 3? The positions posted in Nov was for a Clin 1 and there are probably a LOT more applicants. Just a guess. Congrats on getting your job! That's a great accomplishment.

A friend of mine applying the last go around (deadline Nov) and she had the oral interview mid March. Not sure when she found out it was scheduled but it seems to take a while!

Yes, absolutely! It's a new grad program, similar to Versant, except it's a year long. You work on the floor, take classes and network with other new grads. That's supposed to transition you into a full-time regular nursing position after the year...

That's interesting... I haven't had to do the reference process. Good luck calling Recruiting regarding your attachments. Took me a while to realize that I was applying for jobs and not including my resume! Their system isn't very user friendly. I...

Looks like people are applying from all over! That's great :) I'd be thrilled to have an interview and be accepted in any unit! With that said, my first choice would be oncology.

I applied, did the assessments, and it says it went to the manager. Hope we can all get interviews! I'm half an hour outside of Sac, so about 2 hours 40 mins for me.

Daisy_M- Good luck on getting to the next step! Did you get any more information about the STRONG program? What type of questions do they ask? Sorry for all of the questions. I'm just not clear how it all works.
I'm going to apply to ARC and Sac City this semester for the RN program. I've heard there are a lot of applicants for the program and it's difficult to get in. Just was wondering if you've applied to either of these programs and if you were accepte...
