CSUN ABSN 2014

Is anyone applying to CSUN's ABSN program (2014 cohort)??? I know their application deadline is coming up but the info on their website is out of date and there's no application available on the site. I tried contacting the department via email and phone but no response/answer. Anyone having better luck applying than me?

are the interviews over then?? I never got a phone call for interview nor being provisionally accepted. does that mean I am not going to get in?? For the acceptances that coming out first week of April, is it for summer 2014 or fall 2014?? Now I am really anxious.

^^^^^I think it is for both (summer and fall). Are they sending out emails to the school email or to your personal email?

I received an email stating my applicant was incomplete so they denied me entrance. I'm frustrated though because I sent final transcripts for fall and called CSUN to make sure they received them and they said they won't be able to tell us if the applicants are compete.

UCLA was able to tell me they received them...

I'm super bummed..

Don't honestly know how this happen. I cringe at the thought of my interview. It went so so so badly!

I also received an email stating that my application was incomplete even though I am positive that I submitted all the required documents.

Does anyone know if there's a way to appeal this? I replied to the email I received but I couldn't get a live person on the phone when I called the nursing department.

Hi Binky16, same here & I'm completely frustrated with the whole experience. All I can assume is that they lost part of my application in the shuffle and failed to notify me. It really discourages me and gives me a bad taste. I hope you get in elsewhere if you havent already. Good luck to the rest of you and congratulations!
