I remember doing some med dosage calculations and answering questions from the Fundamentals of Nursing book on Memorial Day because it was due the first day of class . Hi Everyone! My name is Joy and I am currently in Cohort 14 and will be graduating from the ABSN program this coming August! I am the President of the National Student Nurses Association (NSNA) on our campus and just wanted to say that we are all very excited for the two new cohorts to be admitted and start this coming Summer and Fall! The CSUN NSNA members are gearing up to help make the transition into the CSUN ABSN program a little more easier! Has anyone heard anything about financial aid for the CSUN Summer 2014 ABSN program? I just called the financial aid office and was told that this program has not been approved by the Department of Education for financial aid. I am completely confused and dumbfounded by that.

Hi dnalirem- The professors that I interviewed with said that the Summer ABSN program starts May 27. I didn't ask about Fall during my interview. Hope this helps. :)

Quick question.. does anyone know what attire we should be wearing for the interview? I am gonna assume business casual, meaning dress shirt/dress pant/blazer/heels? Also, I never received a confirmation email after I replied to the initial email requesting for an interview. Did anyone get an automated email confirmation that the attached document said we were suppose to receive after replying???

Hi Everyone! I received an invitation to interview today via email. My interview is scheduled for March 4! I guess I'll be seeing some of you guys on that day?? I'm coming from Burbank and anticipated the heavy morning commute to be there by 8 am. Anyone else coming from the valley that day?

hi everyone! i am also a little confused... i thought that they weren't doing interviews for this program anymore? my friend who's currently in the fall 2013 cohort didn't have to interview for this program to be accepted...
