Hi everyone! As CSU applications open up, I wanted to start a thread for all of my fellow pre-nursing students looking to transfer to CSULB!

Got the email at 7:10pm, congrats to everyone who got it!! I wonder how it’s all gonna play out on zoom

Don't worry I'm sure the invites are coming out in waves! I'm applying with a 9.9 and haven't gotten anything either. Hopefully our time will come soon!!

You guys are so supportive ?? thanks for the reassurance! I’m applying with a 9.37 (rip reading score that killed me LOL) and am right on the cutoff so hoping that I’ll be able to prove myself during the communications exercise!

I've heard of people who get in without going to the communication exercise. The people I know who didn't go to the exercise had really high impaction scores like you. So maybe they don't invite people that for sure are going to get in.

I haven't received anything.

I'm worried that they are counting a Chem class currently in progress (to get into CSUF) as a C, which would drop my score below the cutoff. Even though my counselor checked with them and said the specific class wasn't required to apply.
