CSULB-ELMSN Fall 2011

Hey everyone so I have been waiting for a couple of years to finally have all of the pre-reqs done to be able to apply to nursing school. I am finally finished and am just waiting for CSULB-elmsn's program which will start in Fall 2011. I want to know who else is planning on applying so we can have each other to go through the process with and I'm not going to lie I would really like to see what the competition is like. There is a class for this year and it is starting in Fall 2011 which is september... sorry if there was any confusion about this in my earlier post! As of right now there will not be a class for next year fall 2012 unless they receive funding. That is what we were told at the informational meeting... however this information may have changed.

i have been accepted to the mepn program at csudh, i was going to apply to csulb but i realized they opened the program up to late. i hope you all are able to hang in there i know the feeling of waiting and waiting to know your future, hopefully all the waiting will be worth it.

Anyone accept an acceptance to another nursing program and will decline CSULB if they get in? Just curious! :)

Yes! Accepted to Concordia University ABSN, so I will be declining CSULB if they offer me admission.

Congrats Psych to Nurse! I bet it's a relief to know you will be starting your nursing studies soon. I'm still holding my breath for LB. I hope we'll know this week. I don't know if I can stand another month of waiting.

Hahahah Malefocker + ames3 I am doing the same. I was really using last Friday as my way to get through the month. Now that we didn't hear back I am starting to think May 15th isn't that far fetched.

The BSN hasn't heard back yet either... I do not know if that will affect us being notified or not.

princesspea + malefocker - you guys are too funny! I'm glad I'm not the only one obsessed here. I was looking forward to today since last year's cohort got their notification around the 17th. Maybe by the time they get around to us, the staff may be too tired to do interviews. That is what **** said happened last year.
