CSULB BSN Spring 2019

Hello everyone, I was unable to find a thread with potential CSULB Spring transfers so I decided to start one. Hopefully, everyone is just as excited as I am :) I haven't taken the TEAS yet and I am currently wrapping up Micro. I plan on taking TEAS The end of may or early June and if I am unsatisfied with my results I will retake them in July. I would love to hear from other applicants! Good luck!!

If my application status says I was accepted does that mean I was accepted into the SON?

I got offered admission to CSULB, but does anyone know if this has any correlation with acceptance into the SON?

I read in the past forums that for transfer students, if the program doesn't accept you the school won't accept you. They come to an agreement. So, if your application status said you were offered admission that means you're in. SON will probably send out the confirmation emails soon.

It says I got accepted but when I tried to activate my account it wouldn't work. I think we have to wait for the email. I'm not sure. I'm trying not to get too excited. I hope its not some sort of fluke. Hopefully we'll all get emails tomorrrow *fingers crossed*

Congrats on getting in! Kind of bummed I got on the waiting list...I had a pretty good score. I wondered if it's because of the interview.

Do the people who got on the waiting list mind sharing their points so we can kinda know what the cutoff is?

My application status just says that my application has been forwarded to the Nursing dept for review, so nothing's changed so far.

Are the people who got in current CSULB students?

I think my score was somewhere between 9.4 or 9.6 it's somewhere in the first page and I'm a transfer if that helps. I didn't think I did bad on the communication exercise for the most part.

Do you know when we can contact them to see what position we are on the waitlist? I know they say they take alot but I'm scared what if this year is the year that they don't accept much if any. I'm getting nervous for me other applications now
