CSULB BSN Spring 2019

Published

Hello everyone, I was unable to find a thread with potential CSULB Spring transfers so I decided to start one. Hopefully, everyone is just as excited as I am :) I haven't taken the TEAS yet and I am currently wrapping up Micro. I plan on taking TEAS The end of may or early June and if I am unsatisfied with my results I will retake them in July. I would love to hear from other applicants! Good luck!!

I called the SON today and they told me I'll be in Group A for the 9 AM session! See you early birds there on Wednesday morning!

I'm in Group A at 3pm, anyone else?

TOMORROW IS THE DAY! How is everybody holding up? I'm so excited and nervous!! I can't wait to see what you guys all think of the exercise.

I feel the same! Mainly nervous I don't really know what to expect. I've been reading past forums, but it's all still pretty vague haha

I'm sure everyone will do great though :)

I just had my interview (9am A). Those of you still waiting to have it, it really is nothing to worry too much about. It was fun and it was nice meeting everyone. I wish everyone good luck!

Just took the exercise and I'm worried because I think I did really good all throughout but during the non verbal communication I involuntarily moved wiggled my finger and head a couple of times and saw one of the ladies write something down. They said the exercises were pass or fail. Do you guys think this caused me to fail the exercises??? I'm worried!

Did anyone not finish the partner activity? My partner and I didn't finish ours, so we were really nervous about our chances afterwards

Hey guys! It was so nice to meet you all. So we're back to playing the waiting game again. 3-4 weeks, right?

I didn't quite finish the partner exercise either, but I think what matters is how effectively you can give/follow directions.

I did fine except the exercise thing which I did the wrong way...I hope that doesn't cause me to fill the interview. I think I did well in other regards.

I also think that I might've involuntarily moved my head and/or hands. I wonder what they evaluate us upon and what mistakes constitute as an automatic fail.
