CSULB BSN Spring 2019

Hello everyone, I was unable to find a thread with potential CSULB Spring transfers so I decided to start one. Hopefully, everyone is just as excited as I am :) I haven't taken the TEAS yet and I am currently wrapping up Micro. I plan on taking TEAS The end of may or early June and if I am unsatisfied with my results I will retake them in July. I would love to hear from other applicants! Good luck!!

If it makes anyone feel better I also unconsciously moved my fingers during the partner exercise. Im not sure what warrants a fail but we should all try to stay positive.

I also think I moved my head/fingers. I also was somewhat confused about the instructions for the exercise at the beginning. Sighhhhh

Can anyone who sees a posted paper of the accepted applicants please send a pic here? Some of us are out of state and Ive heard that theyve posted the names in the past before sending out emails & im really nervous!

Yes but theyve given it within a week in the past so you never know! Someone mentioned we might hve to call to find out but i dont know if its too soon to do so

Don't quote me on this but I think I remember them saying something along the lines of "do not call the school of nursing about your admission status"

I do not think anybody should be calling until a lot of people have heard back or after the 3 weeks. My group was told specifically at the exercise to not call "her" at all. We are down one week, hopefully only one more to go!! If I have to wait two more weeks I'm going to go crazy!

Nope, nothing so far. I'm checking my e-mail every hour and my application status every couple of hours, lol. Don't forget to check your application status because previous cohorts were notified about being accepted into CSULB itself before the nursing school. Apparently, once you are accepted into CSULB, you are going to be accepted into the SON. I hope we find out by Friday!

I just checked my application status. It says I've been placed on the waitlist. :( Did it change for anyone else?
