CSULA Fall 2016 Nursing (BSN)

I realize it may be early, but I wanted to start a thread for the CSULA Fall 2016 nursing program hopefuls. I'm sure we will all have a lot of questions, especially because of the upcoming semester conversion. I have plenty of questions about application deadlines, volunteer hours, TEAS, etc. It will be nice to have a community where we can ask each other questions and offer advice. Eventually we can share stats, and we may even end up in the same cohort!

Do you guys think these letters mean that we are in? It's not from the school of nursing? It seems like a good sign, though! Don't want to get my hopes up? :)

Hi guys! I too have received an email from csula admissions saying congratulations on the acception. And it says my major is NURSING BS.

I believe these are the acceptance letters that we've been waiting for lol. Otherwise if we had not gotten accepted to the nursing program then the major section would of said something other than nursing :)

Oh ok I checked and it says my major is nursing!

I got a provisional acceptance email. Did you get the same thing?

I did, Im sure they are all provisional, since we need to pay the 100 dollars and send final transcripts by july 1st to the university.

I'm sure you're definitely in! Congratulations! I've been refreshing my email and I'm convinced I gave them the wrong one.

Check your student email from My Cal State, click on the link office 365 email and it should be in there.

Nope. Checked my school email - nothing. Checked the major in GET - still the same. Sigh.
