CSULA Fall 2016 Nursing (BSN)

I realize it may be early, but I wanted to start a thread for the CSULA Fall 2016 nursing program hopefuls. I'm sure we will all have a lot of questions, especially because of the upcoming semester conversion. I have plenty of questions about application deadlines, volunteer hours, TEAS, etc. It will be nice to have a community where we can ask each other questions and offer advice. Eventually we can share stats, and we may even end up in the same cohort!

I think its basically a guarantee admission as long as you make the GPA requirements and the minimum TEAS score.

Did anyone ever call you back? If so, what did they say? :)
I did get a call back, It was the same recruiter I was dealing with whole time. She said that my file is showing admitted to the School of Nursing. but I am on edge until that official email comes because of what some people posted earlier.

Yes, I think they reserve a few spots for veterans so that's great!

Your brother should defiantly apply if he is a Vet. There are many doors open for people that are veterans, he should take advantage of all opportunities granted.

That was kinda why I was trying to encourage someone with a 27 to call the University admission office to see what they would tell them. I asked them for clarity to understand why the GET was changed to admitted? and if I need to prepare for the deposit? After I asked those question she looked it right up.

I saw "accepted" and my heart was leaping. I genuinly thought that people were already receiving their acceptance letters í ½í¸©

I reread the whole thread today too 😂 and I'm convinced I sent them the wrong paperwork. I'm glad I'm not alone in this.
